Laconic Perfumes Return and Refund Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery using the Online Returns Center. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it.

Once the item is received at our center, it takes 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and 5 to 7 business days for the refund amount to show up in your original form of payment method.

If you return an item that you received defective, damaged or incorrect, you’ll be refunded the full delivery cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.

For other return reasons, original delivery fees are not refunded and Laconic Perfumes will deduct return shipping fees, to cover return shipping. If you wish to cancel your order/item before it is shipped, go to Cancel Items or Orders.

Return Methods

Laconic Perfumes offers you a variety of ways to return your item:

• Pickup option:

The courier will pick up your return at your address.

• Self-Ship option:

Self-Ship will be the only option in the Online Returns Center if your address is in a non-serviceable area by the shipping courier or due to the nature of some products in your order. Follow the onscreen instructions to return the item using any courier of your choice with package tracking capabilities. Include the required return documentation with your package.
